Fed. Up.

The fleeing Democrats of Texas are the prime example of what is wrong in our country and what is wrong with the Democratic Party and The Left…. I don’t get my way or you don’t do what I want then I’m going to throw a temper tantrum and not take responsibility…. Oh and add ten scoops of mass media throwing nonsense at the public to deter from truth and confuse/angrily hype up citizens…. You should all be ashamed.

And they should absolutely not be bailed out if arrested. Hypocrisy at its finest.

For the record… This is my stance on any party who behaves this way… I do not care if you are Republican, Independent, Libertarian, Green, Democrat, Centralist… Or any other not mentioned… We don’t need circuses and sideshow acts anymore… Politics, politicians, mass media and their groupies have taken their place.

You may kneel…

But place your right hand over your heart… It is a moment that should be beyond any agenda… It is a time to show gratitude and humbleness… Kneel… But remember someone fought for your right to kneel without being jailed or murdered… Someone’s family gave up precious time with a loved one, for a moment or for forever… I lost an uncle for your right to kneel… I worried for 24/7 for 1,460 days over a brother for your right to kneel… So you kneel BUT you salute those who sacrificed…

Angry with our government? Angry with the police? That’s ok. I too struggle at times. But I see how truly fortunate I am to be living in a developed country with a police force that is not privatised and is ruled by the same laws that rule me… So I place my hand over my heart and give thanks to those who fought and are fighting for me… And for you

You may kneel… But I tell you that you should also place your right hand over your heart… As for me and my loves, we will stand… With hand over heart giving thanks… Even when the chaos and corruption of others frustrates and baffles, we will stand because we fortunately can ❤

a choice of goodness

Everyone has goodness inside… It is a choice… To be kind… To be humble… To be understanding… To be better… One just needs to decide and then act… Knowing that some days will be good and other days will be horrible… Keep in mind the Cha Cha Cha… Two steps forward and one step back… But always progressing onward…

Desire

I err in where I put trust… Always against my gut instinct… Trying to understand myself and why I have this contradicting behavior, I have come to believe it is because I desire to trust others, humans, and not that I don’t trust my gut instinct… Desire can steer us wrong, me wrong, on many levels… We attribute desire primarily to a sexual appetite… However, desire appears and disappears for many reasons… I mustn’t allow desire to steer the wheel…. Often times it’s one of two things: simply the wrong direction, or it creates a direction that will be a difficult difficult path to take (sometimes a rewarded end and sometimes a need for reversal)… I only need to trust One, in reality… He is always the same and His words are love… As for humans, I must learn to listen and respect my gut — not placing trust in some while accepting that is ok, and with peace and gratitude allowing myself to have trust in a small few while being kind to us both, during tough times, as we are all human

when you Pray

when you pray, you must be ready for the answer… when you pray “Lord, use me as You see fit. For Your Will.”, you need to be ready for what comes… when you pray, ” Lord, let all that is hidden be made known.”, you better be ready for what is revealed and the timing of each step of the reveal…

what we forget is that as the answer flows, we still have God… no matter how ugly, terrifying, life changing and heart breaking His answer is… when you pray, add to your prayer “Lord, and whatever may come, I pray that You shield me/us under Your wings. I ask that You guide us on how to react, on how to respond. I ask that You guide us towards healing. Helping us lower our egos, our pride, ourselves. Lifting You. Shielded by You. Healed.”

…agendas and The Word

It bothers me when I see the fight against equality… Specifically equality in regards to the LGBTQ Community… For the most part, the fight against stems from this thought of protecting Christian values… Truth is that it is a fight stemming from an individual’s own views/issues with the homosexuality, transgender etc… If one was truly concerned with protecting Christian values then all of the following would be punishable with fines and/or jail time: adultery, gossiping, coveting, hating another human, taking God’s name in vain… I am a Christian… I am tired of seeing God’s word twisted and/or used to support one’s own agenda… There are two primary “jobs” we have as Christians: bring the beautiful news of Christ to the world and to love one another… Somewhere along the way, that message got lost and condemnation of others took hold as the job of a Christian… We judge and we do not share the beautiful words of God… We pick one verse out of thousands upon thousands to support an agenda when every single word is vital and connected to one another… God is deeper and more, well He is simply MORE than what is in black and white and written in one verse… His word is what should be protected (although He needs no protection, we need HIS protection) AND what should be shared…

once upon a time…

Once upon a time media such as Times Magazine and The New York Times were viable options for teens writing term papers… Not anymore… For articles, “journalists” do not leave their desks… They have resorted to the comment sections of social media for “facts” and a couple of phone call interviews of preselected, biased individuals as “eye witnesses”…

…a simple unrequited resolution

i want to matter… to have worth… worth that is real and not simply spoken… worth… caught in the crossfires of your stupidity, mistaken identity and a plea of “it is me”, a realization from you… inspiring change… change in you and changes in others… not simply words spoken… i want to live where i matter and where i am loved… loved in actions and not simply in words

an unrequited resolution…

…limited sight

Most only think and form views within a limited span of time… 100 years forward and 300 years backwards… Truth is that it, injustice, is not a racial problem stemming from the white man towards the black man… It is not Christian vs Muslim vs Hindu vs Buddhist et al… It is not male vs female… Rather it stems from greed, hate or misguided faith… Or all three… Humans have battled for thousands of years… Tables turning as if locked in a dance of rituals… If your sight is limited, the dance will never change… The leading partner simply flips only to be flipped back within a few generations… For change to come in this world, be of good value as well as root itself within its people, we must have better vision… See and understand our entire history while thinking many generations ahead… Understanding instead of blaming… Loving, truly loving, instead of hating… Seeking wisdom instead of knowledge
